Does it really matter that I am overweight?
Yes. Up to nearly 50% of people in the Western world today are dangerously overweight. The Australian Government Institute of Health and Welfare reported in 2018 that two out of three Australians were overweight.
Being overweight contributes to higher blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, organ failure, low testosterone in men, liver disease, diabetes, cancer, earlier onset of senile dementia and Alzheimer’s disease and depression.
Excess weight also leads to unnecessary disintegration of joints and the need for joint replacements.

My own weight loss
As a child I loved doing ballet classes. It was my thing and passion. Then I became a professional dancer and had to maintain an exact weight to get into costumes and be lifted by boys.
I was so busy in my clinic in my 50s that I put on 20 kilos and then, as you can see from the pictures below, lost it.
I had to take my own medicine and retrain my mind again with hypnosis.
Involuntary overeating
