Will I be completely asleep?
You will be relaxed and semi-conscious as I talk to your unconscious mind, and your unconscious mind will hear everything I say. You might not be able to solve problems consciously but your unconscious mind is 99% of your cognitive processes so it is much better at changing everything about you.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different so people need a different number of sessions. I am a brief therapist which means we work very quickly together to change what you want to be changed. I want you out of therapy as soon as possible so you can get on and enjoy your life.
Will I change as a person?
You certainly will because who you were resulted in the problems, accidentally of course, and to be different you need to be different.
As a naturopath I also look at all the physical aspects of your life and will ask you to make changes.
Remember, I said the mind and the body are one that need to work together.
What happens in the session?
The first thing I do is take down a complete history of you and your physical and mental health, because that give me lots of clues as how you got to the problem state in the first place.
Then we work out together what exactly you need help with, which is important, so we go straight to your goals.
Then I devise a treatment plan and we start work straight away to make those changes with hypnosis included of course.
