Are you nervous in bed and feel you are unable to perform?
Finding yourself ejaculating far too early during sex?
Do you think there are psychological reasons why this is happening to you?
Do you need professional help for a sex therapist, naturopath and hypnotherapist to help you have a better sex life?
Some men experience premature ejaculation, ejaculating quickly before they are ready. It can either be primary or secondary.
In primary premature ejaculation an early pattern of over-excitement has been set up in that you are unable to make sex last before you lose control of the impulse to ejaculate.
This generally emerges from early learnings and experiences. It may be culturally based or due to personal past experience. This may have happened over a short recent period or a number of years.
Those patterns need to be changed.
In secondary premature ejaculation there has been a biological shift.
Hormonal levels could have changed. You may have had an experience that lodged deep into your unconscious mind and set up a pattern of nervousness the around ejaculation.
Don’t you think a holistic approach to your treatment is a better idea than running from doctor to doctor?
Sometimes you may be aware of the root of that problem or it may be lodged so deep in your unconscious that you have no conscious memory of what happened, even though your unconscious mind will.
Sex should be an enjoyable experience that is both exciting, yet not disturbing your personal confidence in any way.
Often some cultures have underlying messages about the wrongness of sex and sexual experiences that have been drip-fed into your unconscious mind over a number of years. So you never really got a good sense of how wholesome and rewarding sex can and should be for you.
Fortunately treatment for psychosomatic premature ejaculation is available in my Sydney clinic.
Since I am a naturopath as well as a clinical hypnotherapist (I also teach hypnotherapists how to use hypnosis within sex therapy) and psychosexual therapist (member of Australian Society of Sex Educators, Researchers and Therapists NSW), I take a full medical history in treating premature ejaculation and may order blood tests so that we get a full picture of what is happening with you.
Sometimes the hormones may be out of balance, toxicity could be present or a nutritional deficiency, so it is import to eliminate physiological causes before treating you psychologically.
Sometimes I prescribe some herbs or make other recommendations some including referrals for medications.
Many men can be afraid or embarrassed to talk to other people about premature ejaculation but we provide a safe, confidential, professional environment to help you.
Did you know that a large part of what we do is helping you feel comfortable with sex through hypnosis?
For some men the ageing process can change your ability to maintain performance during sex and you may start to ejaculate early.
This can be helped with herbs, supplements, sex techniques and sometimes a referral for medication.
You may be experiencing a decline in or loss of libido as well an extreme nervousness around erectile function and premature ejaculation.
In cases where there are psychological reasons for premature ejaculation, I would use sex therapy and hypnotherapy to help change your mindset and allow you to keep an erection longer before ejaculation.
This can be very effective as we reach deep down into your unconscious mind to reprogram your autonomic biological functioning.
Your mind and body work together as one so you need to have competent and confidence mindset around sex and having and maintaining an erection for longer periods before ejaculation.
If your sense of ego around sex has been damaged, we will help you repair it so you can be comfortable and confidence in your sexual performance.
Many techniques can be used in the clinical environment to help you in overcoming premature ejaculation.
