Have you gained extra weight you have not been able to shed?
Are there clothes you cannot get into anymore?
Has your excess weight become a health issue?
Do you need the help of a professional hypnotherapy expert in body shaping?
The use of hypnotherapy by a professional registered clinical hypnotherapist can help accelerate your control over weight loss.
In approaching weight loss with hypnotherapy it is necessary to approach it in a medically safe way so you get healthier. Since I am a health specialist as well as a hypnotherapist, I tailor every treatment to your individual needs so you can lose the weight and maintain that new body shape.
Up to nearly 50% of people in the Western world today are dangerously overweight. The Australian Government Institute of Health and Welfare reported in 2018 that two out of three Australians were overweight.
This is often not all their fault, as the culture in which we live provides the kind of food that is unnatural for us to eat constantly and maintain a healthy weight.
We are continually bombarded by advertising that is specially designed to seduce us into buying junk food.
If you struggle with weight issues, you have probably been brainwashed into eating the wrong food in the wrong way at the wrong time.
So you build up a pattern of your behaviours at an unconscious level that led you to be overweight, when, in fact, you are often trying consciously to control your weight.
You may even have defended these behaviours by calling them your cultural norm or things that you like doing.
In coming to see me you need to be prepared to make large changes in your life to install new eating behaviours.
I do not teach and help people to do less of poor eating behaviours but to create healthy choices’ eating behaviours.
I help you eat like an athlete that will maxmise your chances of living a long time. I have spent a lot of my career studying people who live to over 100 years old, healthy, with no weight problems.
Can I lose weight fast?
Yes. I help people lose weight fast in a healthy way. But yo-yo dieting involving starving yourself to lose weight and then over-eating to celebrate your weight loss is one of the biggest causes of eating disorders today, so I also teach you to eat well.
The yoyo dieting approach which has probably never worked for you, has been encouraged by popular magazines and profiteering food product manufacturers.
Let me say to you that you may actually have been programmed to yoyo diet.
I know it sounds strange but think about it. Magazines carry articles on eating disorders and then follow that with a feature on the latest fad diet adopted by some Hollywood film star, so no wonder you end up confused and in conflict with yourself.
Hypnotherapy for weight loss is a very effective and safe method to control your weight.
I use a combination of hypnosis, psychotherapy and natural medicine (I am a clinical naturopath and practice nutritional medicine) to help you examine your behaviour patterns, which are often out of sync at a conscious and unconscious level.
Your lifestyle is often contrary to your health and wellbeing and, like many people, you not only end up overweight, but you can also suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, blocked arteries, thrombosis, heart attacks, strokes and increased risk of cancer.
Will I keep the weight off?
I tailor each weight loss treatment to the needs of every individual, helping you to go forward and not only change your behaviour patterns, but also implement a different kind of lifestyle in many ways to help you lose weight.
At over 60 years old I am exactly the same weight and figure I had when I was 16 years old. I can get into every single item in my wardrobe. As the saying goes “The proof of the pudding is in the eating.”
It isn’t as hard as you think to achieve a healthy and balanced weight, and hypnosis is a particularly strong medium to help you maintain that state of good health.
And as a naturopath as well as a clinical hypnotherapist, good health for you is my number one priority while you work towards a healthy weight.
Food should be fun, and healthy food should be the very best fun when you know how to eat healthy.
All the work I do with people is about maximising your physical, mental and even spiritual health, whatever that is for you. When you have a healthy weight your ability to have fantastic life is magnified.
For many years, when I was young, I was a professional dancer and at over 60 I am within my healthy normal weight range and have more energy than my staff who are nearly 40 years younger. Well, I say normal health range but I mean healthy weight range because most people my age are overweight.
The question you now need to ask yourself is are you just after yet another cheap yoyo dieting trick, which never works long term, or are you committed to change your food intake and lifestyle to create the body you say you want?
If you are committed, I can help you with hypnotherapy to change your mind and eating patterns fast, so give me call.
I know exactly what it takes to be a healthy weight and how to program the mind for weight loss and healthy weight maintenance. I will help you obtain your goal of being, looking and feeling good.
