Do you burst into tears or get angry when your emotions become too much?
Are you an over-emotional person?
Does it seem impossible for you to control your emotions?
Is it time for you to get some professional hypnotherapy help?
Many people present themselves at my practice complaining about emotional problems and feeling out of control with their emotions.
You may feel sad, overwhelmed, depressed, in despair, panicking or desperate.
Perhaps you have never learned or been taught to control your emotions or maybe you have encountered a traumatic time in your life that has tipped you over the edge.
Trust me, I get it!
You see, we have all been overcome by emotions at times in our lives, me included, because we are all human.
If you did not experience the full range of emotions in life, you would not be experiencing the whole human experience.
There are times, however, when we just felt overwhelmed with the sheer force of emotions and need help.
There are of course people who feel, for whatever reason, that they ride the rollercoaster ride of emotions each and every day. If that is you, you may be feeling out of control a lot of the time.
Just imagine for a moment what it might be like to get back control of your emotions again with hypnotherapy?
You will be fearful, apprehensive, often withdrawn from life, may even blame others for your experience, do not trust people, make excuses that you are just sensitive and may believe nothing can be done about your disposition.
Since I am a naturopath as well as a clinical hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, medical nutritionist, and herbalist, I take a full medical history for people seeking help with emotional difficulties and may order blood tests so that we get a full picture of what is happening with your body and your mind.
There may be physical reasons you are having emotional problems and it is important we find this out.
It is surprising how many people I see with considerable emotional problems who may have physical difficulties contributing to that distress. These causes can include hormonal imbalances, toxic poisoning, malnutrition, disease and infection.
Emotional difficulties can arise from unprocessed emotions that need to be dealt with in the privacy and confidentiality of therapy. Therapists are trained to help people do that at an accelerated rate to reduce the trauma and increase healing time.

Are you aware that we can help you very quickly and effectively with hypnotherapy?
There may be a complex array of past emotions that have all grown together and suddenly overwhelm you, causing generalised anxiety, panic and you breaking down in public.
What we might call cluster traumas can become a series of different traumas all joined together that become bound up in a loop. When one is triggered off, the others re-emerge like a row of dominoes, leading to a collective cascade of negative emotions that overwhelm you and you lose control.
While deep emotions are a natural part of our functioning, when they take over and disturb our lives in a way that is detrimental to us, it is time to seek help.
I will use hypnotherapy to help you overcome emotional problems, not only to aid you to feel better quicker, but also to teach you how to better deal with unruly emotions in the future.
The choice is yours as to whether you want to carry on experiencing those uncomfortable emotions or whether you are now ready to pick the telephone us so we can help you.
